If you are reading this you are an investigative consumer, that desires to know good and well who they are dealing with before dropping their money on the table, I understand this completely.  So I just wanted to take a moment here in the about us section of the website, to well, tell you about us. I personally have been in the computer business since the late 1980’s, I was raised on and around computers from a very young age, and they have become somewhat of an addiction for me, I love technology. I have been working with the internet since its advent in the early 90’s, and I am somewhat of a web surfer myself. I have been certified as a computer technician for several years, and am a Network Administrator for a very large corporation. It was not until I realized that nobody on the internet offered what I was dreaming about that made me want to develop it for myself. I finally discovered a way to do it myself and now I extend the services I wished existed to the rest of you who still didn’t know it existed. The services I am speaking of are the virtual service calls or “computer support with out the geek being there” as a friend called it. It means nothing to a person who is somewhat computer illiterate or as I call computer inexperienced. But to somebody who owns a business that is ran completely on computers you understand the value of having a computer department just a click away. This is what my dream was and now is. You can have all the benefit of having an IT department without the IT department. You simply pay for a contract, and whenever you need us, we are there.  I am so glad you have taken the time to read my commentary, and I hope to be doing business with you soon.
